Life’s a beach for the Jigga Man. It was announced today that he has invested in a development venture called J Hotels in New York which has already acquired a $66 million dollar mid block parcel in Chelsea. He’s making sure the pockets stay swole after retirement. Yesterday he spoke with Entertainment Weekly about his contract with Def Jam.

But seriously, it’s not about money. That’s really the last thing. Of course, as a person that does these type of things and puts his heart and soul into it — and it’s effective, as the Grammys would indicate — you want to be compensated for what you do.
