Lil Wayne is stirring up controversy again with his crazy a– statements. In the Ozone Magazine sex edition the **ssy monster talks about beef and murdering folks:

What the fuck is Wayne talking about? He went from one subject to another…maybe that’s how they do it in the N.O. but the dude made no sense to me in the N.Y. That boy ain’t murder nobody!
